This company represents us as well as hundreds of other software publishers, and is available to process your order around the clock. They will provide you with any information that you may need.

Product delivery: Delivery of products by email or CD. Business customers may contact us to inquire about quantity discounts.

Shipping costs: For email delivery, no shipping charges apply. If a CD is needed, shipping costs will be displayed depending on your country.

Time of delivery: Individual customers will receive their product key as soon as their payment is received either by element5 or by us. Business customers may also submit a purchase order.

General terms of business: Processing of your order and liability are subject to both our General Terms of Business [59 KB] as well as all applicable German laws. You are given the opportunity to download our General Terms of Business.

Program updates: At the current time, we make free updates available via the Internet. This means that that you can download the copy of the application that we make available on our website at no cost to the user. Depending on your Internet connection, there may additional costs in the form of connection charges. The program itself is relatively small.

Prices: All stated prices are end customer retail prices that include the applicable VAT of 19% (Germany).
