Licenses and Updates
Beginning on 06/28/2010 we have changed our license management. Now you can buy only one single version with a single license type. If you buy a license, you will get all minor updates of the major version for free. If we release a new major version you have to pay again or can use the old version in the future.

Due to encrypted SSL transfer, data security is guaranteed.
Currency
You see here the prices as european Euros including TAX. If you click on any price depending on your total number of licenses and license type, you can select in the next step the currency to USD, GBP, AUD or any else.
Upgrade to version 9
If you are customer of an older version (< 9) and your old license is expired, contact us for a special prices of 29.95 EUR to upgrade to version 9. Get the new advantages like Unicode. Contact us under sales@dupehunter.com and we will send you a link to buy the upgrade.

Delivery
All displayed prices including delivery by e-mail. Delivery by post can be selected during the order process and depending on the delivery address delivery costs are generated and displayed before confirming the order.

- Privacy: We pledge to hold any personal information that you provide both us and Digital River (formerly element5) with for the purpose of processing your order in the strictest confidence; we will not make it available to third parties under any conditions. We are bound by German laws governing data security.
- Our marketing partner: If you place an order online, you will be forwarded to the website of our marketing partner, Digital River. This company represents us as well as hundreds of other software publishers, and is available to process your order around the clock. They will provide you with any information that you may need.
- Product delivery: Delivery of products by email or CD. Business customers may contact us to inquire about quantity discounts.
- Shipping costs: For email delivery, no shipping charges apply. If a CD is needed, shipping costs will be displayed depending on your country during the order process.
- Time of delivery: Individual customers will receive their product key, either from Digital River or from us as soon as their payment is received. Business customers may also submit a purchase order.
- General terms of business: Processing of your order and liability are subject to both our General Terms of Business as well as all applicable German laws. You are given the opportunity to download our General Terms of Business.
- Program updates: Currently, we make free updates available via the Internet depending on your license. This means that you can download the copy of the application that is available on our website at no cost to the user. Depending on your Internet connection, there may be additional costs in the form of connection charges.
- Prices: All stated prices are end-customer retail prices that include the applicable VAT of 19% (Germany).
- Return policy: Your rights to a refund pursuant to §355 (German Civil Code) are granted.
